Dragon77 (Movie Review)

Dragon77, 77, of Holt Street, Bristol, died Sunday at Bristol Hospital. She was the daughter of Joseph and Catherine (O'Brien) Dragon and is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Carol and John Doherty, Robert and Patricia Dragon and James and Jean Dragon; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Luke's Church. Burial followed in Holy Name Cemetery.

The unseen Elliott frightens the residents of Passamaquoddy when he appears in town, and his clumsiness leads to his being labeled a bad luck charm. The lighthouse keeper, Nora, invites him to live with her and Lampie in their seaside cave. She later discovers that he is an orphan who fled the Gogans, his abusive foster family. Their attempts to have him returned are met with stern resistance. The Gogans chase them in a small boat, but Elliott sinks it, saving Pete ("Brazzle Dazzle Day").

At the hospital, Dragon finds himself being pulled into another reality by a Freak Force member who reveals that they had been sent to stop his interference with time and history. He notices that his friends are a little different as well – Mighty Man is missing, SuperPatriot is being manipulated by the government and an escaped prisoner named Cosmic Cop is being hunted by both the police and Freak Force.

When the Cosmic Cops show up in a spaceship, Dragon is overwhelmed and fights them off. He then notices that a head has a huge bounty on it – the head of the Dragon77  of this new reality! He realizes that he must have somehow transferred his mind into the head of this Dragon.

He and the other Dragon are then attacked by a creature called Crustacean, but they are rescued by a familiar face – the future version of WildStar who had arrived to prevent the events that caused his own death. He explains that he had seen what the consequences of interfering with history could be and was hoping to prevent this beating from occurring.
